Endorfins :

Endorphins are hormones that are released into your body when you exercise or exert yourself. They make you 

feel good. They are good to help depression, so if one suffers from it, exercise will help perk you up.

Endorphins are essentially pain-killers synthesised by your body in response to stress and injury. Imagine 

getting your hand chopped off in a machine. If you felt the full pain of that, you'd just pass out immediately and 

probably fall straight onto the machine, which would injure you further (even kill you). With the endorphins, you 

just feel numb for a while, giving you a chance to step away and escape the danger. It doesn't last long though. 

They don't work for headaches, for instance.

Endorphins is a chemical that is released in your body when you're scared (makes you breath fast and heart 

faster), hurt (helps control pain), or mad and ready to fight (pumped up).
