(१)Combining the bananas with a bit of protein will help to normalize the insulin response caused by sugar in the banana .

भले केले में कम्प्लेक्स शुगर (सुपाच्य शक्कर )रहती है लेकिन इसे यदि कुछ प्रोटीनों के साथ खाया जाए तब इसमें मौज़ूद शुगर के प्रति इन्सुलिन हारमोन की प्रतिक्रिया संयत और स्थिर किस्म की रहेगी। 

(२) रोज़ाना १५ मिनिट  कसरत करते रहना   मृत्यु के जोखिम को १४ % कम कर देता है बनिस्पत उन लोगों के जो किसी भी किस्म की कसरत करते ही नहीं हैं।

'Junk food tied to memory loss ':

A team of Australian researchers has found a link between junk food and memory loss .The researchers from the University of New South Wales placed rats on a diet high in sugar and fat and compared their performance with rodents on a healthy diet .Lead researcher Margaret Morris said the rats on the poor diet developed an impaired memory after just six days ."Poor diet was associated with a cognitive decline that happened very quickly .So within six days of the diet ,the animals performed less well on a spatial memory task .We were surprised at how fast it was .

(4) Do vitamins block disease ?They may not 

There is more disappointing news about multivitamins :Two major studies found popping the pills did not protect aging men's brains or help heart attack survivors.

Millions of people spend billions of dollars on vitamin combinations, presumably to boost their heath and fill gaps in their diets.But while people who don't eat enough of certain nutrients may be urged to get them in pill form ,the govt does not recommend routine vitamin supplementation as a way to prevent chronic diseases.The studies released Monday are the latest to test if multivitamins might go that extra step and concluded they don't.

(5)पतली कमर है लम्बी उम्र है 

औरतों को अपनी कमर का नाप भरसक ३३ तथा मर्दों को ३५ इंच के नीचे ही रखना चाहिए। इस उपाय से जीवन शैली रोग मधुमेह से बचाव हो सकता है।
