केजरीवाल क्या अपने कारनामों और भाषा से आजकल देश का नाम रोशन कर रहें हैं। मुस्लिम कट्टर पंथियों और मार्क्सवाद के बौद्धिक टट्टुओं के देश विरोधी कारनामों को देश कब तक सहता। असली कुसूरवार तो यही लोग हैं जिनमें इशरत जहां को अपने घर की बेटी कहने वाले नीतीश के चाकर केसीत्यागी भी शामिल हैं। जनेऊ में क्या ये रामायण  पढ़ने गए थे या अजान अजान लगाने ?वहां क्या मंगलवार का प्रसाद बँट रहा था। शहजादा तो तमाम सीमाओं का कबसे अतिक्रमण कर रहा था। बकरे की अम्मा  कब तक खैर मनाती ?

Cyberabad Police Registers Sedition Case Against Rahul, 

Yechury, Kejriwal and Other Ministers

HYDERABAD: The Cyberabad police on Sunday registered cases against Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, CPM general secretary Sitaram Yechury, CPI leader D Raja, JD(U) MP KC Tyagi, Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, Congress leaders Ajay Maken and Anand Sharma on charges of sedition under Section 124 A of Indian Penal Code. A case has also been booked against Jawaharlal Nehru University students union president Kanhaiya Kumar and student leader Umar Khalid.

The FIR was registered following a magisterial order, under Section 153(6) of CrPC, directing police to take cognizance of a complaint filed by Sunkari Janardhan Goud, an advocate. Janardhan Goud informed the Court about the turn of events at the JNU on February 9, stating that the students had organised an event on the campus in support of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru, during which they allegedly shouted anti-national slogans.

The case was registered at the behest of an advocate who got went to court and secured an order for the police that the case be registered. The police are taking a legal opinion in the matter.

LB Nagar deputy commissioner of police Tafseer Iqubal said a case has been registered against all the nine accused as per the instructions from the court. "The court has issued directions to investigate. We have to verify the proofs. We will take legal opinion because neither the scene of offence nor the accused belong to our jurisdiction, and will accordingly take action," the DCP said. When contacted, Sunkari Janardhan Goud told Express: "I have submitted the video footage aired by television channels.

They are not doctored videos as alleged by some. The Delhi police have already authenticated the videos." Calling the JNU as a hub of anti-national activities, the petitioner added that Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, Left leaders Sitaram Yechury and D Raja, Congress leader Ajay Maken and Anand Sharma, and Janata Dal (United) leader KC Tyagi visited the campus on February 13 to express solidarity with the students who participated in protests against the nation. He provided evidences in the form of visuals of the event on the JNU campus and newspaper clippings of political leaders extending support to the students.

After police refused to register a case based on his complaint on February 14 citing jurisdictional issues, the complainant moved the XI MM court at LB Nagar on February 22. The court issued orders under Section 153(6) of CrPC the next day. In his petition, Sunkari Janardhan Goud said that he had every right to question those indulging in anti-national activities and those supporting the same in his capacity, as a taxpayer of the country.

BJP defends Irani, targets Congress for

 decision to bring privilege motions

New Delhi, Feb. 28 (ANI):Lambasting the Congress party for its decision to move privilege motions in both Houses against Union Human Resource and Development (HRD) Minister Smriti Irani her statements on the death of Hyderabad University student Rohith Vemula misled Parliament, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday said had there been motion on the basis of insinuation, no Congress leader would have ever dared to enter Parliament

Defending Irani's statement in Parliament, BJP national spokesperson M.J. Akbar said, "The Congress says the HRD Minister had "insinuated" that Rohith Vemula is not a Dalit, and sought a Privilege Motion. Do we call a privilege motion on the basis insinuation or on the basis of what the minister has said? Had there been motion on the basis of insinuation, no Congress leader would have ever dared to enter Parliament."

Asserting that a minister makes any statement on the basis of official and police accounts, and doesn't concoct it, Akbar said Irani had stated in Parliament that Rohith's suicide note did not blame anyone, while making it categorically clear that this was what the police had stated.

"If police stated that, then she would say only what they had stated, and if something more comes out in the course of investigation or time, then those things would also be incorporated. The HRD Minister said she was being condemned, because her department had issued a letter, however she was just doing her duty," he said.

"But the Congress refuses to accept one thing that the proctorial board and the executive council, which took the decisions on the student's name, the herd of that proctorial board and executive council were nominees of the UPA government. So, recommendations of the proctorial board and the decision of the executive council were taken by those people who were appointed by the Congress," said Akabar.

Lambasting opposition leaders for making "irresponsible" statement, he said, "Opposition leaders are so irresponsible that they make a fresh statement everyday and disappear. But Rahul Gandhi can hide from Parliament, but not from people."

Earlier on Saturday, Rohith Vemula's mother Radhika met Congress president Sonia Gandhi, CPM general secretary Sitaram Yechury and Janata Dal (United) leader K.C. Tyagi.

Rohtak :With every window smashed and covered in black soot ,Scholars Rosary school looks like one of those ravaged buildings that typify any war scarred city's landscape.The charred school bus on the lawn adds to the poignancy .But ,that's just the trailer.

            Inside the school resembles a madman's playground .Every computer has been physically destroyed .In the music room ,the harmonium and the key board have morphed into congealed carbon .Books  in the library have been reduced to a heap of ash ; many still defiant retaining their shapes .

          Ironically the maruders took pains to carry a statue of Goddess Sarsawati out of the bldg even as they went about wrecking the seat of the learning .Walking out of the compound ,one saw graffiti on uprooted security cabin :Jat thaara baap (Jat is your dad ).

The attack on the school ,about 5km  from Rohatak on Sonipat Road ,alma mater to over 2,500 students ,probably marks a new low in the politics of violent agitation in India ; school are generally spared by protesters .But ,during this Jat stir for reservation ,several schools on the outskirts of Rohtak -on Delhi Road ,Sonipat Road and Gohana Road -were plundered with fury that has baffled all .

Even MR  DAV Institute ,a school for the mentally challenged ,was not spared .At least three other schools reported damages and losses other than Indus Public, John Wesley Convent and SD Public Schools .

JNU row: Jaitley targets Congress, Left on sedition issue

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today took the battle on the JNU controversy into the opposition camp asking whether sedition and breaking the country into pieces can be called "free speech". 

He also contended that the developments of February 9 on JNU when anti-national slogans were raised were "much more serious" as he read out from the pamphlets carrying anti-India material, which were circulated in the campus. 

"Sedition has become free speech. Can hate speech ever be called free speech. Can sedition be free speech. Can you have a free speech to say I have the right to break the country into pieces?" he asked the opposition benches amidst thumping of desks by the treasury benches. 

Jaitley, an eminent lawyer, was referring to slogans in the campus which called for a war for destruction of the country and lauded terrorists who had been convicted by the highest judiciary, 

"The core question is, are we going to give respectability to those whose primary ideology is that they want to break this country," the Leader of the House said while intervening in the debate on 'Situation arising out of recent incidents in institutions of higher education with reference to JNU and University of Hyderabad'. 

He noted that being a mainstream party, Congress does not have the history of supporting the "fringe". 

The minister also taunted the Opposition for their attack on the government over the Patiala House court complex incidents in which lawyers attacked journalists, teachers, students and JNUSU President Kanhaiya Kumar. 

"What happened in courts is condemnable," he said and added after a pause with sarcasm, "vandalism is condemnable but sedition is free speech." 

Accusing the opposition of attempting to sidetrack the main issue by "going into bylanes", Jaitley condemned the violence in Patiala House but added the anti-Indian nature of the protest at JNU and also at the Jadavpur University was serious. 

Jaitley agreed with Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad that two Congress Prime Ministers--Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi-- had fallen to the terrorists' bullets and said "that precisely should have been the reason for you (Congress) to speak more vigorously against the offences in JNU." 

He also referred to his support to the then Home Minister P Chidambaram when maoists had massacred 75 CRPF personnel that he should not resign when everyone was demanding his head. 

"At least I expect you (the opposition) to be with us on this," he said. 

CPI(M) leader Sitaram Yechury intervened to say, "Don't give us a lecture on nationalism. If the country breaks into pieces we will not be here. We have fought (divisive tendencies).
Jaitley also trained his guns at Rahul Gandhi, 

suggesting that his visit to the campus in the aftermath of the controversial protest amounted to providing "respectability" to a movement whose charter was to break India. 

He also suggested that Congress, along with Left parties, had jumped into the issue "without giving prior thought" in view of the upcoming assembly elections in West Bengal. 

Jaitley defended the police entry into JNU, arguing that the campus was not a "sovereign territory" like some foreign embassy. 

Seeking to turn tables on Congress, he cited a Parliament Question of 1983 in which the then Indira Gandhi government had justified entry of police in JNU and arrest of 350 students, including 50 girls, after the Vice Chancellor was gheraoed. 

Suggesting that Congress had done so in view of West Bengal polls, he quipped, "The tragedy of Bengal is that there are three Congress parties - the Congress, the Trinamool Congress and Congress Marxist." 

Trinamool Congress leader Derek O'Brien took objection to this, reminding that his party was separate since 1998. 

Jaitley asked opposition parties not to "camouflage" the offence at JNU, saying "its a very serious offence...One is jihadist, the other is maoist. Its an alliance of the two. You have been in power for long, you should have thought before making a visit to the JNU campus." 

"Just because West Bengal elections is round the corner, should the Congress party take a stand that police should not take enter University campuses," Jaitley said. 

In an apparent reference to Rahul's visit to the JNU campus, the Finance Minister said that "some people think before they act but this was an incident in which Congress took their step first and thought about it later. 

"....Had you thought before (about visiting JNU), you would not have gone into this situation," he said accusing the Congress of "indirectly or directly adding respect to a movement whose charter was to break this country." 

He also answered questions by opposition over BJP tying up with PDP which had spoken in favour of Afzal. 

Both BJP and Congress had realised that they have to work with mainstream parties of Jammu and Kashmir to fight separatists, Jaitley said, while pointing out that both the parties have had alliance with NC as well as PDP at some point of time. 

He asked the Congress to take a clear stance on the matter, he said these are the issues on which all parties should speak the same language. 

Jaitley also invoked B R Ambedkar, saying the maker of Constitution had warned of threats country faces from the inside. 

He said Ambedkar had also referred to people who wanted free speech to overthrow the state. Elements like maoists wanted to use provisions like free speech to overthrow the system of Parliamentary democracy because they don't believe in it, he said.

लेकिन कहाँ तक भागेगी कांग्रेस अभी तो और सवाल पूछे जायेंगें।पूछा उनसे भी जाएगा जो इशरत जहां को अपने घर की बेटी बतलाते हैं। जिनकी बेटी आतंकवादी हो उनका बाप देश की सुरक्षा के लिए कितना बड़ा कमीना होगा। अब जबकि सच सामने आ चुका है इशरत जहां आतंकवादी थी जिसका इस्तेमाल तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री गुजरात को मारने के लिए एक खतरनाक षड्यंत्र के तहत किया जाना   था। कोई अपराधी बच न पाये सुप्रीम कोर्ट सुओ मोटो पहल करके इन्हें न्यायालय तक लाये। ऐसा भारत की जनता का मानना है।

रोहित वेमुला को मौत के मुंह तक ले जाने वालों की भी परेड कराई जाए। जिनमें हैदराबादी ओवेसी बंधू ही शामिल नहीं रहें हैं तमाम मार्क्सवादी फासिष्ट तथा कांग्रेस के असली शहजादे मुख्य भूमिका में रहे हैं।

संसद में असली शहजादे दाढ़ी बढ़ाके बैठे थे नकली शहजादे की  बगल में (सुनते हैं आजकल ये नकली शहजादे ही असली मतिमंद का भाषण लिखकर रिहर्सल करवाते हैं।) ईरानी जब बोलीं तो ये असली नकली दोनों संसद छोड़कर ऐसे भागे जैसे गधे के  सिर से सींग। सच का ताप न तो कांग्रेसी सह सके न रक्तरंगी लेफ्टिए जो आजकल मुस्लिम कट्टरपंथ की गोद में मौज़ ले रहे हैं।

भागने नहीं देगी इन्हें भारत की जनता संसद से।भागो कहाँ तक भागोगे।

Once upon a time there was a PM in India remote controlled by Antonio Mayno.People named him National Robot .He was endowed with a gift of Corrupt Congress Men and hence there were scams around him .

There was no freedom of speech for this Puppet PM ,hence most of the time he observed silence unless words were put into his mouth by the remote controller.

He said "All the resources of this country belong to the Muslims ,they are the Firsters  wrt all the resources of the country".

In his  inaugural address to the combined strength of both the houses on the eve of  budget session The president of India proudly said "All the resources of this country belong to the poor.They are the firsters."

In a time span of less than two yrs the PM has metamorphosed the image of India from a country of scams  to one where everyone wants to invest as a firster .

उन्हें चिंता हो गई  है कहीं वे भी आरक्षण की राजनीति के लपेटे में न आ जाए। घोड़े कहने लगें हैं हम गधे क्यों न हुए। शेर गीदड़ होना चाह रहा है। पूरा पशुजगत रणनीति बनाने लगा है। लोमड़ियाँ की बुद्धि वाली एंटोनियो मायनो की तरह वन्य लोमड़िया की भी सिट्टी पिट्टी गुम है। जंगल में हड़कम्प मचा हुआ है। शहर से जंगल की तरफ आने वाले तमाम रास्तों को वन्य पशुओं ने बंद कर दिया है। इसमें गजानन का विशेष योगदान रहा है।

जय हो आरक्षण !घोड़ों में गधा बनने की होड़ !

हरियाणा में आरक्षण को लेकर जाटों का आंदोलन उग्र रूप ले चुका है, जिसने देश का एक बड़ा धड़ा प्रभावित हुआ है। भारत में आरक्षण को लेकर जाटों व किसी और वर्ग का ये कोई पहला आंदोलन नहीं है। इससे पहले राजस्थान के गुर्जर और गुजरात में पटेल समाज के लोग भी आरक्षण की मांग को लेकर आंदोलन करते आए है। इसके अलावा कई बार जातिगत और समुदाय स्तर पर आरक्षण की आग देश को जला चुकी है।

ऐसे शुरू हुआ देश में आरक्षण, इन्होंने दिया था सबसे पहले रिजर्वे

हरियाणा में आरक्षण को लेकर जाटों का आंदोलन उग्र रूप ले चुका है, जिसने देश का एक बड़ा धड़ा प्रभावित हुआ है। भारत में आरक्षण को लेकर जाटों व किसी और वर्ग का ये कोई पहला आंदोलन नहीं है। इससे पहले राजस्थान के गुर्जर और गुजरात में पटेल समाज के लोग भी आरक्षण की मांग को लेकर आंदोलन करते आए है। इसके अलावा कई बार जातिगत और समुदाय स्तर पर आरक्षण की आग देश को जला चुकी है।

छत्रपति साहूजी महाराज ने दिया था आरक्षण
1880 के आस-पास ब्रिटिश इंडिया में प्रिंस स्टेट में पिछड़ी जातियों को आरक्षण देने के लिए पहल किया जाना शुरू हो गया था। 1882 में हटर कमीशन में भी इस बात पर जोर दिया गया था। इसी समय महात्मा ज्योतिराव फुले ने रियासतों में नौकरियों और शिक्षा में पिछड़ों को आरक्षण की मांग की। ये मांग बाद में एक आंदोलन में बदल गई।

इसी बीच देश की एक बड़ी रियासत कोल्हापुर के महाराजा छत्रपति साहूजी महाराज द्वितीय ने 1902 में रियासत में आरक्षण की घोषणा कर दी। ये आरक्षण गैर ब्राहमण और पिछड़ी जातियों को दिया गया था। इसके तहत उन्होंने फ्री एजुकेशन के लिए स्कूल और हॉस्टल भी खुलवाए। रियासत की ओर से जारी नोटिफिकेशन में 50 फीसदी आरक्षण की घोषणा भी की गई। ये किसी भी रियासत की ओर से आरक्षण को लेकर पहली आधिकारिक घोषणा थी। रियासत में अनटचबिलिटी को लेकर भी कड़े नियम बनाए गए।

1909 में मार्ले-मिंटो सुधार ने भी दिया आरक्षण
1909 में ब्रिटिश सरकार ने इंडियन काउंसिल एक्ट-1909 पारित किया जिसके मार्ले-मिंटो सुधार के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। इस एक्ट में मुस्लिम समाज को काउंसिल इलेक्शन में पृथक निर्वाचन के लिए रिजर्वेशन दिया गया। इसके अलावा 1919 के मॉन्टयेगू-चैम्सफोर्ड सुधार में भी आरक्षण की बात कही गई।

साइमन कमीशन ने की थी रिजर्वेशन की बात
1919 के मॉन्टयेगू-चैम्सफोर्ड सुधार की समीक्षा करने आए साइमन कमीशन ने देश की पिछड़ी जातियों को केन्द्रीय और प्रांतीय असेम्बली में प्रतिनिधित्व के लिए आरक्षण संबंधी सुझाव दिए थे, जिसको गर्वमेंट ऑफ इंडिया एक्ट-1935 में शामिल किया गया था।

ब्रिटिश सरकार ने 1932 में दिया था आरक्षण
भारत में रिजर्वेशन को लेकर सबसे बड़ी घोषणा 1932 के कम्युनल अवार्ड को माना जाता है। ब्रिटिश पीएम रेमजे मैकडोनल्ड ने रिजर्वेशन बिल के तहत देश में निर्वाचन के लिए भारतीय समाज को अगड़े समाज, निचली जातियां, मुस्लिम, बौद्ध, सिक्ख, भारतीय ईसाई, एंग्लो इंडियन और दलितों का पृथक-पृथक आरक्षण की बात कही थी। इस बिल पर गांधी जी ने यरवड़ा जेल में ही विरोध शुरू कर दिया था, जिसके बाद दलितों को हिन्दुओं में ही शामिल कर रिजर्वेशन की बात की गई, जबकि अन्य समुदाय यथावत रहे।

स्वतंत्रता से पहले और उसके बाद भी जातिगत आरक्षण को लेकर कई आंदोलन हुए। जाटों के अलावा गुर्जर और गुजरात के पटेल भी आरक्षण को लेकर आंदोलन की तैयारी में हैं।

आरक्षण के आलोक में :वर्णआश्रम व्यवस्था

ब्राह्मण ,क्षेत्रीय ,वैश्य और शूद्र ये चार वर्ण बतलाये गए हैं। तथा ब्रह्मचर्य (बाल्यकाल और कैशोर्य अवस्था ,यानी पढ़ने -लिखने ,पठन ,पाठन की अवधि ) ,ग्राहस्थ्य (युवावस्था से प्रौढ़ावस्था ),वानप्रस्थ और संन्यास ये चार अवस्थाएं (स्टेजिज़ ,आश्रम )बतलाये गए हैं।

ब्राह्मण उसे कहा गया है जिसने ब्रह्म को जान लिया है। इसका कुलगोत्र-जाति से सम्बन्ध नहीं माना गया है। कर्म प्रधान व्यवस्था है यहां -जो वेदपाठी है श्रोत्रिय है जिसने श्रुतियों का मर्म जान लिया है और उसे अन्यों को समझा रहा है वह ब्राह्मण है।

जो प्रशासन और देश की रक्षा में संलग्न है वह क्षत्रीय है। (जाट इस कर्मप्रधान व्यवस्था के तहत क्षत्रीय हैं ,खासकर हरियाणा में जहां वे आगे बढ़के लीड कर रहें हैं राजनीति और प्रशासन को ).देश की सुरक्षा की वह रीढ़ बने हुए हैं। देश के परमशौर्य के प्रतीक माननीय जनरल दलबीर सिंह सुहाग जी जाट हैं।

वैश्य वह है जो खेती करता है पशुपालन करता है। व्यापार करता है लोगों को पेट भरने के साधन उपलब्ध करवाता है।

और शूद्र उल्लेखित वर्गों की सेवा के लिए नियुक्त था। सेवा ही उसका धर्म समझा गया है।

परहित सरिस धर्म नहीं भाई ,

परपीड़ा सम नहीं अधमाई।

(दूसरो के हित के लिए कार्य करना सबसे बडा धर्म है,

एवं दूसरो को हानि पहॅंचाना सबसे बडा पॅाप है)

इन चारों वर्णों में सामजस्य था। बड़े छोटे का भेदभाव नहीं था। सामाजिक समरसता और अनुशासन को बनाये रखने के लिए ये समाज के चार खम्भे माने गए थे।

लेकिन यह व्यवस्था जड़ नहीं थी गत्यात्मक थी। ब्राह्मण परिवार में पैदा ऐसा बालक जो वेदज्ञान से शून्य रहा आया है शूद्र है। द्विज है।

शूद्र बालक जो वेदपरायण है ब्राह्मण हो सकता है इस व्यवस्था के तहत। महर्षि वेदव्यास शूद्र से ब्राह्मण हो जाते हैं ,विश्वामित्र इस गत्यात्मकता के उदाहरण हैं। विश्वामित्र कभी ब्राह्मण हो जाते हैं कभी क्षेत्रीय।

कृष्णा का मानव रूप में पूर्णअवताररूप जाट ही समझो।

द्रोण आचार्य क्षत्रीय ही कहे जायेंगें हालांकि वे ब्राह्मण थे। युद्धकला प्रवीण थे। और भारत ही क्यों दुनिया भर के तमाम देशों में आज भी यही कर्मप्रधान व्यवस्था है।

जातिगत वर्ण विभाजन शाश्त्र सम्मत नहीं है। सामाजिक विचलन है।

इस आलोक में हमारा जाट वर्ण श्रेष्ठि वर्ग माना जा सकता है ,पिछड़ा तो यह कहीं से भी नहीं है। आगे बढ़के लीड कर रहा है। करता रहे इसी प्रत्याशा के साथ।

भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा  पहले तो हरयाणा में आग लगवाके जमालो बने तमाशा देखते रहे। वाड्रा से नजदीकी और हमदर्दी के लिए जाने जाने वाले शातिर हुड्डा पहले तो एंटोनियो मायनो उर्फ़ सोनिया गांधी और उनके मंदमति शहजादे की शह पर हरयाणा को सुलगवाते रहे अब अनशन पर बैठने का ढोंग रच रहे हैं।

क्या बरखा जब कृषि सुखाने 

जां बाज जाट कौम को पहले तो चूढ़ों चमारो के साथ मिलकर प्रदेश में गैर -जाटों की संपत्ति को लूटने और आग के हवाले करने के लिए ये प्रदेश के दिखाऊ रहनुमा उकसाते रहे अब अभिनय कर रहें हैं अजिटेशन वापस लेने और आरक्षण के दावानल को रोकने का। जबकि प्रदेश को बेहद की आर्थिक हानि उठानी पड़ी है। कौम के राष्ट्रवादी ज़ज़्बे को आंच लगी है।

एक स्वतंत्रता सैनानी के परिवार से ताल्लुक रखने वाले इस शख्श ने जिसे हरयाणा ने सिर आँखों पर बिठाए रखा अपने प्रांत और कौम की साख पे ही बट्टा लगा दिया।ऐसी क्या मजबूरी है मायनो खिलौना बने रहने की ?

ये है आरक्षण के नाम पर हरियाणा में चमार चूढ़ों के साथ मिलकर लूट पाट करने वालों की सच्चाई। चंद जाटों में वही तबका आ घुसा है जिसने १९८४ के सिख दंगों में मारकाट लूटपाट की थी। इनके उत्प्रेरक बने हुए हैं चार उचक्के चालीस चोर कांग्रेसी जो सारी तबाही के प्रायोजक हैं। इनके आका है रक्तरंगी लेफ्टिए। ये ही लोग ट्रक ट्रेक्टर भरभरकर लोगों को हज़ार रुपया प्रतिव्यक्ति दिहाड़ी पर लूटपाट करने के लिए रोहतक और हरियाण के दीगर शहरोंकी ओर भेज रहे हैं। कल को यही दंगा जीवीकहेंगें -मोदी ने पहले गुजरात कराया अब हरियाण।

देखिये हरियाणा के जाटों की एक आर्थिक  झांकी ,पदप्रतिष्ठा और सामाजिक हैसियत जो हरियाणा की कुल आबादी का मात्र २७ फीसद हैं और तमाम वह पद हथियाए हुए हैं जो मायने रखते हैं पद प्रतिष्ठा और रुतबे में।

हरियाणा में :

(१) मंत्रिमंडल में कुल ६३ फीसद जाट मंत्री हैं।

(२)७१ %जाट हरियाणा सिविल सर्विस में हैं।

(३) इंडियन पुलिस सर्विस में इनकी कुल हिस्सेदारी ६९%हैं।

(४ )  अलाइड आईएएस सेवाओं में इनकी हिस्सेदारी है ५८ % .

(५ )अन्य सरकारी सेवाओं में जाटों की हिस्सेदारी कुल ७१% है।

(६) ४३%पेट्रोल पम्प जाटों के पास हैं।

(७)४१ %गैस एजेंसियां जाटों के पास हैं।

(८)रीअल एस्टेट में इनकी भागेदारी ३९% है।

(९)६९%हथियारों के लाइसेंस जाटों के नाम हैं।

(१० )इसके बाद भी ये हाथों में कटोरा लेकर नहीं लठ्ठ लेकर  आरक्षण की आड़ में निरीह गैर -जाट जनता को चुनचुनकर लूट रहे हैं। आतंकित किए हुए हैं।

 अफज़लों  से ज्यादा खतरनाक दिख रहें हैं ये लोग।इनके लिए खुलाखेल फरुख्खाबादी है। गैर -जाटों के  स्कूल,निजी आवास,संपत्ति इनके निशाने पर आ चुकी है। देशी -विदेशी ब्रांड के स्टोरों को ये चुन चुनकर लूट रहे हैं। गैरजात तबके के तमाम लोग आतंकित हैं इनकी लूटपाट और दहशतगर्दी से। लोग अपने को सुरक्षित नहीं देख रहे हैं।    

वोटबैंक की नदी विषैली ,उसमें बहने वाले हैं , आतंकी इशरत को ,अपनी बेटी कहने वाले हैं।

पहले पुरुष्कार फिर डीलिट की कथित डिग्री लौटाने वाले लौटंकों ,चार उचक्के चालीस चोर कांग्रेसियों और लेफ्टीयों ने आज देश को आग के जिस मुहाने पे लाकर खड़ा कर दिया है वह जनेऊ से लेकर हरयाणा जाटआरक्षण आंदोलन तक आ पहुंचा है। उसी की सामूहिक अभिव्यक्ति इस रचना में हुई है जो किसी व्यक्ति की अनुभूति न रहकर समष्टिगत तदानुभूति बन गई है। वाट्स ऐप पर घूम रही थी ये रचना। क्यों न इसका विस्तार दिग्दिगांतरों तक हो फेस बुक से लेकर वाया ट्यूटर ब्लॉग जगत तक हो इसी मंशा के साथ आप तक पहुंचाई गई है ये भारतधर्मी समाज के उदगार की धारा :



खतरे का उद्घोष बजा है ,रणभूमि तैयार करो ,

सही वक्त है चुनचुन करके ,गद्दारों पर वार करो। 

आतंकी दो चार मारकर ,हम खुशियों से फूल गए ,

सरहद की चिंताओं में हम ,घर के भेदी भूल गए। 

सरहद पर कांटें हैं लेकिन ,घर के भीतर नागफणी ,

जिनके हाथ मशालें सौंपी ,वो करते हैं आगजनी। 

ये भारत की बर्बादी के ,कसे कथानक लगते हैं ,

सच तो दहशतगर्दों से ,अधिक भयानक लगते हैं। 

संविधान ने सौंप दिए हैं ,अस्त्र  शस्त्र आज़ादी के ,

शिक्षा के परिसर में नारे ,भारत की बर्बादी के। 

अफज़ल पर तो छाती फटते देखी है बहुतेरों की ,

जिस अफज़ल को न्यायालय ने ,आतंकी का नाम दिया ,

उस अफज़ल की फांसी को बलिदान बताने निकले हैं, 

और हमारे ही घर में हमको धमकाने निकलें हैं। 

बड़ी विदेशी साजिश के ,हथियार हमारी छाती पर ,

भारत को घायल करते ,गद्दार हमारी छाती पर। 

नाम कन्हैयाँ रखने वाले ,कंस हमारी छाती पर ,

माल उड़ाते जयचंदों के वंश हमारी छाती पर। 

लोकतंत्र का चुल्लू भरकर ,डूबमरो तुम पानी में ,

भारत गाली सह जाता है ,खुद अपनी रजधानी में। 

आज वतन को खुद के पाले घड़ियालों से खतरा है ,

बाहर के दुश्मन से ज्यादा ,घरवालों से खतरा है। 

देशद्रोह के हमदर्दी हैं ,तुच्छ सियासत करते हैं ,

और वतन के गद्दारों की ,खुली वकालत करते हैं। 

वोटबैंक की नदी विषैली ,उसमें बहने वाले हैं ,

आतंकी इशरत को ,अपनी बेटी कहने वाले हैं। 

सावधान अब रहना होगा ,वामपंथ की चालों से ,

बचकर रहना टोपी पहने ,ढोंगी मफलर वालों से। 

राष्ट्रवाद के रखवालों मत ,सत्ता का उपभोग करो ,

दिया देश ने तुम्हें पूर्ण ,उस बहुमत का उपयोग करो। 

हम भारत के आकाओं की ,खामोशी से चौंके हैं ,

एक शेर के रहते कैसे ,कुत्ते खुलकर भौंके हैं। 

अगर नहीं कुछ किया ,समूचा भार उठाने वाले हैं ,

हम भारत के बेटे भी ,हथियार उठाने वाले हैं। 

पूरा भारत धर्मी समाज इसी पीड़ा से आज गुजर रहा है जिसकी तदानुभूति हर पढ़ने वाले को भी होगी। 

अपढ़ रहना चाहता है क्या ये जेहादी मानसिकता के हाथों में खेलने वाला तबका। या सरे आम राष्ट्र -विरोधी ताकतों के हाथों खेल कर गौरवानित होना चाहता है। जेहादी मानसिकता के रक्तरंगी लेफ्टिए ,कांग्रेस के चोर -उच्चक्के चालीस चोर इस आंदोलन को हवा दे रहे हैं। एक तो कांग्रेसी -कम्युनिस्ट ऊपर से जेहादी मानसिकता। करेला और नीम चढ़ा। नतीजा सामने है -ये लोग हरयाणा के स्कूल मदरसों विश्व -विद्यालयों को भी निशाने पे ले रहे हैं। गर्ल्स हॉस्टिल में भी जबरिया घुस रहे हैं। किधर से आर्थिक -सामाजिक राजनीतिक रुतबे में पिछड़े हैं ये जेहादिये ?कोई जाट समझाए ?

हरियाणा जाट आंदोलन मोदी सरकार के खिलाफ एक बड़े षड्यंत्र का हिस्सा है।  हमारा तर्क यह है नज़दीकी पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में यह आंदोलन क्यों नहीं है जो जाटों  की खासी बड़ी सु-शिक्षित पट्टी है। हर मायने में इस पट्टी का जाट हरयाणा के जाट से आगे है चाहे वह मेधा हो या शौर्य।सिर्फ इसलिए कि वहां मुलायम सिंह संचालित   सरकार है बीजेपी की नहीं है। निशाना मोदी नहीं देश बन रहा है हरयाणा के सुविधाएं और संस्कृति के बचे खुचखुचे अवशेष बन रहे हैं।

अपढ़ रहना चाहता है क्या ये जेहादी मानसिकता के हाथों में खेलने वाला तबका। या सरे आम राष्ट्र -विरोधी ताकतों के हाथों खेल कर गौरवानित होना चाहता है।

जेहादी मानसिकता के रक्तरंगी लेफ्टिए ,कांग्रेस के चोर -उच्चक्के चालीस चोर इस आंदोलन को हवा दे रहे हैं। एक तो कांग्रेसी  -कम्युनिस्ट ऊपर से जेहादी मानसिकता। करेला और नीम चढ़ा। नतीजा सामने है -ये लोग हरयाणा के  स्कूल मदरसों विश्व -विद्यालयों को भी निशाने पे ले रहे हैं। गर्ल्स हॉस्टिल में भी जबरिया घुस रहे हैं। किधर से आर्थिक -सामाजिक  राजनीतिक रुतबे  में  पिछड़े हैं ये जेहादिये ?कोई जाट समझाए ?

हमारा मानना है एक राष्ट्रीय आरक्षण आयोग गठित किया जाए। आर्थिक आधार पर आरक्षण के मानक तैयार किए जाए। देश की  संपत्ति को आग लगाने वालों को अन -बेलेबिल वारंट पर अंदर किया जाए।

बात साफ़ है ये बुरा न मानो होली  अंदाज़ में चुन चुन कर जाट -गैरजाट में से छंटनी करके चुनिंदा  लोगों और संस्थानों को ही निशाने पे ले रहे हैं। कैसा आंदोलन है ये ?

जिस बीबीएस  पठानिया ,फाउंडर पठानिया पब्लिक  स्कूल ,रोहतक ने अपना सारा जीवन हरियाणा को शिक्षित सुसंकृत करने में निकाल दिया अभी उसे शरीर छोड़े जुम्मा जुम्मा आठ रोज़ भी नहीं हुए - स्कूल की संपत्ति को आग लगाकर श्रृंद्धांजलि दी है हरयाणा के कथित जाटों ने ,जिन्हें  जाट कहने में अब संकोच हो रहा है।

ये कैसे पिछड़े हैं जो एक राष्ट्र को अराजकता की  ओर ले जाना चाहते हैं।ये पिछड़े है या सिरफिरे ? खुद अपने प्रदेश को आग लगा रहे हैं सिर्फ इसलिए कि वहां एक गैर -जाट मुख्यमंत्री है  जिसे कुछ सिरफिरों ने पाकिस्तानी कहने की भी हिमाकत की थी। ठीक वैसे ही जैसे एक अक्ल से पैदल बुद्धिलाल ललुवे ने लालकृष्ण आडवाणी को सिंधी पाकिस्तानी कहने की धृष्टता की थी। जबकि उस वक्त पाकिस्तान अस्तित्व में भी नहीं था जब आडवाणी जन्मे -भारत अखंड भारत था तब जिसे अब खंड खंड करने की साजिश अब नियोजित तरीके से चल रही है।

सिर्फ एक मोदी को हटाने के लिए।

 चंद सिरफिरे अगले चुनाव में मुंह की खाएंगे। इन्हें बेलट से मारा जाएगा। तब ही इस दौर में तामशबीन जाट नेताओं को अक्ल आएगी। जो पूरी शिद्दत से तमाशबीन बने हुए हैं जैसे हरियाणा से इनका कोई लेना देना ही न हो।बे -मुरव्वत ,बे -गैरत ,अ -राष्ट्रीय तमाशबीन हैं ये लोग।

हमारे देश भारत में विवाह ही नहीं कैरीयर्स भी बालकों के अनुबंधित (अरेंज्ड )होते हैं। मुझे याद है मैं जब नौवीं कक्षा  में पहुंचा बेहद सम्मोहन था मुझे संगीत में आगे बढ़ने का,साहित्य में कुछ कर गुज़रने का । वजह मुझे बचपन से ही न सिर्फ गाने  का शौक था मेरे सुख्खकन मामा (श्री सुख्खन लाल शर्मा ,शागिर्द उस्ताद एहमद जान थिरकवा साहब ,लखनऊ घराना )मुझे साथ बिठा लेते तबले का रियाज़ करते वक्त ,मुझसे फिल्म  सांग गवाते -गौरी बुलाए तेरा साँवरिया ,मनाये तेरा साँवरिया मान भी जा ... खुद बेहतरीन संगत करते। आज भी उनके तबले के बोल कानों में गूंजते हैं। लेकिन मैं संगीत में कुछ करूँ  इससे पहले मुझे विज्ञान विषय ही पढ़ने पड़े  -विज्ञान ,जीवविज्ञान ,इतिहास -नागरिक -शास्त्र -भूगोल ,हिंदी और अंग्रेजी। नतीजा दसवीं की परीक्षा में ग्रेस मार्क्स के साथ हम उत्तीर्ण तो हो गए लेकिन थर्ड क्लास का ठप्पा लग गया। 

ग्यारवीं में पहुंचे हम फिर मचले ,फिजिक्स केमिस्ट्री मेथ्स (प्रोफेशनल ग्रुप )के स्थान पर हम ,फिजिक्स ,केमिस्ट्री ,जीवविज्ञान पढ़ना चाहते थे।गणित से पिंड छुड़ाना चाहते थे , ऐसा हमें मौक़ा नहीं दिया गया घर के बड़ों के आगे हम खुलके कुछ भी तो नहीं कह पाते थे। वल्लाह हिंदी ,अंग्रेजी ,रसायन शाश्त्र ने हमारी लाज रखी ,हम ५७ %अंक लेकर आइएससी (इंटरमीडिएट साइंस )में उत्तीर्ण हुए।  गणित में मात्र ५२ % अंक ही थे ,दसवीं में तो ४२ % ही थे। 

बीएससी किया फिजिक्स केमिस्ट्री मेथ्स ,हिंदी कम्पलसरी के संग बेमन से। वही पुरानी कहानी -गणित में मात्र ५२ %अंक ,रसायन शाश्त्र में ६९ %. ,हिंदी में ६२ %अंक। 

रुझान साहित्य की तरफ हो चला था बारवीं तक आते आते।थेंक्स टू माई टीचर्स -जिन्होनें हमारी साहित्यिक अभिरुचि का परिमार्जन किया।  म्यूज़िक वाज़ माय फस्ट लव ,लिटरेचर इनफेचुेटिड मी आलवेज़। 

ज़नाब एमएससी करना पड़ा फिजिक्स में। ये सबकुछ उनके आदेश पर हुआ जिनकी चलती थी सुनी जाती थी। पास तो हो गए अंक भी ५९.२ % ले गए ,लेकिन एक कसक बनी रही। 

प्रवक्ता भी बन गए ,कामयाब भी रहे अध्यापन में ,लेकिन विज्ञान पत्रकारिता की ओर  हम कब मोहित हुए आगे बढे पता ही न चला। ढूंढ ही लिया जिसकी तलाश थी खुद में से। साधन बना निरंतर साहित्य और भौतक विज्ञानों का अनुशीलन। अखबार और रेडिओ से हमें खूब प्रोत्साहन मिला। विज्ञान पत्रिकाओं ने सर पे बिठाए रखा सालों साल। 

आज शिकायत किसी से कुछ भी नहीं है एक कसक है काश ऐसा होता। ये कसक एक हूक  में बदल गई नीचे दी हुई रिपोर्ट पढ़के। सोचा अपना व्यक्तिगत अनुभव आपसे शेयर करूँ। 

फूल से कोमल होते हैं बच्चे और उनकी सुकुमार भावनाएं ,,पसंदगी ,ना -पसंदगी ,कुण्डली मारके बैठ जाते हैं घर के बड़े उन भावनाओं पर। बच्चे का सहज रुझान न देखकर उसे के रोबोट नुमा बना देते हैं -अपनी अपेक्षाओं ,ना -कामयाबियों को ,दबी हुई वासनाओं को उन पर आरोपित कर देते हैं हम लोग। अपनी नाकामयाब महत्वकांक्षाओं को हम बच्चों में फलित होते देखना चाहते हैं। क्यों ?

अजीब बात है रूचि का भी निर्धारण हम लोग करने लगते हैं। और इसीलिए कितने ही बच्चे अभिव्यक्त नहीं हो पाते अपना सौ फीसद नहीं दे पाते।  

10-year-old Indian girl wows brainiacs' meet

VANCOUVER: There was jetlag from travelling 13 time zones, daddy's absence that was keenly felt, and the brilliance of the world's brainiacs arrayed before her.

None of this fazed Ishita Katyal, a 10-year-old Pune writer and middle-schooler who, quite extraordinarily, debuted as the opening speaker at the TED2016 (Technology, Entertainment, Design), a nerdy conference of some of the world's smartest people.

Alpha-geeks from Google and Tesla, Apple and Uber, not to speak of marquee names such as Al Gore and Bill Gates are attending the annual brainiacs gig, but it was the singsong voice of this pre-teen, with her pink-frame spectacles and burgundy velvet gown, that held centerstage on Monday when the conference opened.

Her message was simple: Put children first; give kids a chance. The nerdy audience, with an average age perhaps in the forties, absorbed the mild admonition, responding with frequent applause as she pressed on to issues such as hunger, education, and war.

"My dream for the future is that people think 10 times before raising school fees, a hundred times before going to war with another country, a thousand times before wasting food and water, and ten thousand times before letting their child's 

childhood go away," she said. "I hope you adults can look after the world long enough to give us our chance."

After she concluded to rousing cheers (AR Rahman, who performed a little later in the opening session, was in the anteroom), scientists and savants, poets and philosophers, mandarins and musicians ambushed her in the lobby, wanting selfies with her.

Her mother, Nancy Katyal, an image consultant in Pune, beamed with pride, recalling how Ishita, who wrote her first book "Simran's Diary," came into limelight after she organized a TEDx talk at her school Vibgyor High, Balewadi, last February.
